Shipping Info

O’o Hawaii skincare and supplement products ship to most locations in the world conveniently from Hilo, Hawaii. 

Shipping to the United States:
We offer free shipping on US domestic online retail orders over $200.00 USD.  For orders orders under $200.00, we offer $12.00 flat rate shipping.  We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.  Shipping carrier options, service level options and pricing for orders that do not qualify for free shipping are available in your order shopping cart.

International Shipping:
‌International shipping charges vary by dimensional weight per country.  

We are not responsible for “short” or “missing item” claims sent to International consolidators or International forwarders located in the US.  Many times consolidators re-pack orders before forwarding to the intended International address.

Lead Time and Tracking:
Shortly after your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. You will receive a second e-mail with tracking information shortly after your order has shipped. Orders usually ship within 48 hours. Always feel welcome to reach out to us and confirm lead times if you need your order quickly for a special occasion. Please feel free to contact us to confirm international lead times and shipping costs.

For your convenience we accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

Returns
O’o Hawaii now offers first time only customers a 14 day, money back guarantee on all full size items. Please note sample sizes and the mini flock are not eligible for a return. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] for a return authorization.

If you would like to return an item please e-mail [email protected] to receive a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Return authorization numbers are only issued via email after receiving an email return authorization request. Returns without return authorization numbers will not be accepted. All shipping costs must be paid prior to shipping any returns. No CODs will be accepted.

Problems with orders (short ships/incorrect items/damages) must be reported within seven days of receipt. Please note that for products damaged in shipping photos of the damaged products may be required for a return authorization number.

If we are at fault for short ships/incorrect items we will pay for the return shipment of the product and send you a new product with the same method which the order was originally placed. We can provide a call tag to make the process easier. We will take care of the mistake in a timely manner, and work with you to fix the error. A new invoice will be created and charged for the new product and a full credit given when we receive the returned product.

Returns must be received by O’o Hawaii within 30 days of original order number issuance date.

O’o Hawaii only accepts returns for products purchased at www.oohawaii.com. If your products were purchased from one of our retail partners and needs to be returned, then those products must be returned directly to the retail vendor with receipt and are subject to their return policies.

O’o Hawaii only accepts returns for mis-shipped products and damaged items. Due to the personal, handcrafted nature of our products we observe cosmetic industry standards and do not accept/offer returns or exchanges for the reasons general dissatisfaction and/or on used products.

International Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for International customers (All Sales final)

For International orders, please be aware that your local customs office may impose an import tax. O’o Hawaii cannot advise what that tax will be. There are no additional fees imposed by O’o Hawaii after your order is purchased on our website. Any additional fees may be solely imposed by your countries custom’s office.
